Since I am unable to edit the contest's post, below is all the updated information of the contest. Feel free to ask any questions!

Theme

Horror

RESTRICTIONS

1) Word Count Maximum: 7000 words
2) Story must fit the "horror" theme
3)Story must be submitted by the deadline below

DEADLINE

October 31st, 2012; MIDNIGHT STD, EST (ie midnight between October 31st and November 1st)

Prizes

Since the prizes so far have been donated by NG's own members, the prizes will be distributed among the top 3 winners as the judges see fit.

-$25 store credit to first place by NG.
-DeftAndEvil will donate $1 for every participant that enters in the contest! (With a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $30)
-CosmicDeath has agreed to donate $30 to the prize pool.
-Deathcon7 will be giving the top story an NG supporter badge(meaning he'll donate $25 to NG on your behalf).
-StopSignal has agreed to draw a character from the winning story.

I'm excited about this contest and the way it has brought everyone together as a community. We'd love to see more and more people participate!

(If you would like to offer anything to the winners to encourage and foster the writing scene in Newgrounds, feel free to do so! It doesn't even have to be a monetary donation. If you're an artist, you could offer to draw a character in the winning story for example, or compose a song for it! It's all about the community spirit!)
